Re-weld fee $20 (if chain is salvageable) prices stated include the full weld experience, our cable chain and consent process.
A $25 deposit is required at time of booking and can be used towards your chosen service on the day of your appointment.
Please be aware deposits are non-refundable.
20min is allocated per appointment, please arrive earlier than your booked time to ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience.
A 5min grace period is provided, please be aware anything beyond this will have to be rescheduled for another time.
A 20min appointment is required per person, if in a group please find consecutive timeslots that will allow for your multiple bookings.
We are unable to repair or re-weld pieces that were not applied by us, please retain your proof of purchase card for future re-welds if required.
Avoid lotions and potions to extend the life of your beautiful new forever linked accessory. Sterling silver naturally oxidizes but will come up beautiful and shiny new with a jewellery polish cloth.
14-day warranty on “Forever linked” jewellery for “incidental breakage” a re-weld fee will apply for jewellery that has been forcibly removed, damaged under stress, or cut off for procedures (chain will need to be assessed by Amy Lee to see if it is salvageable if not further costs will apply). If you do require your forever link to be cut off, please feel free to contact us for safe removal instructions.
